Provo, Utah Fall Event 2025

The FC Golden State B2013 Elite Academy team delivered an outstanding performance at the recent Provo, Utah Showcase, earning two wins out of three matches and demonstrating the skill, discipline, and teamwork that define the FC Golden State program.

In the opening match, FCGS set the tone with a dominant 14-0 victory over Mt. Rainier FC. The team showcased a balanced attack with goals from more than seven different players, and one of the most memorable moments came when goalkeeper David scored, earning enthusiastic applause from both teammates and parents.

Following the impressive start, the team's second match was rescheduled to face a highly competitive opponent, Villarreal Las Vegas, who had previously defeated a team from Southern California 9-1. FCGS led 2-1 at halftime after a strong first-half performance but ultimately fell 2-4 in a hard-fought battle that highlighted the team's resilience and spirit.

In the final game, the boys responded with determination and focus, securing a 3-1 victory over Albion FC Las Vegas to close out the showcase on a high note.

We are extremely proud of the players for their effort, sportsmanship, and growth throughout the event. Special recognition goes to Coach Jairo for recruiting a full roster and preparing the boys to perform at a high level in such a short time. The team represented FC Golden State with pride, unity, and competitive excellence in every match!
